TERMS & DISCLAIMER
These terms govern the provision of consultation services offered by The Relationship Lab Dubai. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of the Service
This consultation is intended for individuals seeking expert interpretation of complex relational dynamics.
The service is a structured, non-clinical consultation. It is not therapy, coaching, or an ongoing professional relationship.
The consultation provides expert analysis and interpretation of relational dynamics. It does not constitute psychological treatment, diagnosis, or intervention.
No outcomes are guaranteed. Responsibility for application remains with the client.
Non-Directive Nature
The service does not involve the imposition of decisions or directives. Information provided is based on the circumstances presented by the client and is offered for independent consideration. It does not constitute instruction or obligation to act.
Eligibility
The service is available to individuals aged 18 and above. Please see below for information regarding prior clinical relationships.
Prior Clinical Relationships
The service is not available to individuals with whom the consultant has had a prior clinical or therapeutic relationship. Bookings identified as such may be declined or discontinued at the consultant’s discretion, with a full refund issued.
Booking and Time Allocation
Sessions are scheduled in advance and are time-limited. The consultation will begin and end at the scheduled time.
Sessions conclude at the scheduled end time, regardless of the client’s arrival time. The full consultation fee remains applicable.
Format and Participation
Consultations take place via scheduled video call using a secure third-party platform. Access details are provided following booking confirmation.
Consultations are conducted on a one-to-one basis. Only one individual may participate.
Consultations are conducted in English.
Use of the conferencing platform is subject to the terms of the respective provider.
No Recording
Recording of the session in any form is not permitted.
No Reports or Assessments
The consultation does not produce written reports, formal opinions, psychological assessments or documentation intended for legal, medical, occupational or insurance purposes.
Non-training Service
The consultation is not structured as an academic or training-based service and does not provide literature or documentation.
Confidentiality
Information shared during the consultation is treated as confidential, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Record-Keeping
This service does not involve the creation or maintenance of clinical records or ongoing personal documentation.
No records of session content are retained beyond what is required for administrative purposes.
Administrative information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Failure to attend is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
Consultations conclude at the scheduled end time, regardless of the client’s arrival time. The full consultation fee remains applicable. This also applies to technical disruptions on the client’s side.
If technical failure occurs on the consultant’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If a session is discontinued due to ineligibility or misalignment, a refund may be issued at the consultant’s discretion.
Consultation Time Zone
All sessions are scheduled in Gulf Standard Time (GST), UTC+4. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure correct time zone conversion.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. The consultant is not liable for outcomes resulting from the consultation.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue
The consultant reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session where the service is deemed inappropriate or misaligned.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
